Friday Shoot-Out:

This week's Friday Shoot-Out has an open theme, which makes it so much harder! I'm not actually at home this Friday, so these are older pictures (though not ones I've blogged before), from when I'd only had my new camera for a couple of days.

Hopefully this will give you some impression of the kind of area where I live:

Rachel this is smashing!! You've done a beautiful job of representing the beauty of the countryside in the U.K. I have some snaps like these, but no where nearly as lovely :)
Okay, this is totally off the subject but, I'm going to be a grandmother Rachel.......I'm still in shock. I wasn't ready but I guess life was. I'm so excited!!
Again, fantastic contribution to Friday Shoot-Outs!

Hey, Rachel, these are great pics! Where do you live?
I love pictures of cows for some reason and the rolling hills are beautiful.
Thanks, even though you weren't home, happy weekend and safe travels.

My favorite is the winding lane, for some reason that shot just reminds me of the loveliness of the UK.

Great photos! If a picture is worth a thousand words, yours are worth a volumn. They made me recall travels of my past. Gordon
