Foreign signs are always most entertaining!
My Chinese is very rusty -- i.e. non-existent as I studied *Japanese* for one semester -- but I'm positive the first three characters translate as "thunderstorm".
It says "Try a Macdonald's New Big Mac, just 2500 yen.".
I shall definitely not use my cell now when I'm in a thunderstorm whether I'm on the Great Wall (which I did enjoy visiting even if it was teeming with other people) or indeed anywhere else in the world.
I would probably get electrocuted before I found help to read it for you :)
Like David Sedaris's "When You Are Engulfed in Flames," about his experiences in Japan while he quit smoking.
Good safety tip. :)
That's funny. Did you have a great time? I would love to go there.
