Win a Denby pan set

This giveaway is now closed - many thanks to all who entered and congratulations to winner Steven Butler. Why not subscribe to my monthly newsletter for exclusive giveaways and offers?

Is your kitchen full of battered and mismatched pans? How would you like to win a new set of shiny new Denby saucepans?

This week, I'm offering you the chance to win a Denby stainless steel saucepan set courtesy of Palmers Department Store (which is currently celebrating its 175th birthday!).

The pans are dishwasher-safe, and suitable for any hob type so they'll work even if, like me, you've gone over to induction. There are three saucepans (two with lids, and one milk pan), and a deep-sided frying pan. Although I haven't used Denby pans myself, all our crockery is Denby stoneware, so I know they make quality products. And there's also a ten-year guarantee on the pans, which is usually a good sign!

Well, I think I've done everything in order ... possibly. :)

Do I need to leave an email address? You know who I am *wiggles eyebrows* Otherwise lackofgravitas@livejournal.com will get to me.

Jenny Woolf said...

Not quite sure how to do this, Rachel. The form doesn't appear properly on my screen (it's off to the left) and I don't know what Rafflecopter is although I have heard of it on Twitter, etc.

Well, I feel like I should post something more than "I would like some free posh pans plz".. But I haven't really got much constructive to say, other than I'd like some posh pans..

(as an aside, is there anything you can do about the mobile version of your blog? It's swipey left/right to go to the next/prev entry is more of a hindrance than a help..)

I would cook something requiring a lid. None of my small to medium pans have lids, so I always have to use a plate :)

I'd cook a hob top version of Chicken Basque. My favourite one pot dish. Sweet peppers, onion, rice, chorizo, white wine, herbs and garlic finished off with some slices of orange for the last few minutes. All this and only one pan to wash.

A frittata I think, and some hearty veg soup

Ooh I'm moving into a new flat and it would be lovely to have matching pans with fancy stuff like lids. I'd cook a veggie curry. As per usual.
